Refund policy

At Outland Energy Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Free of damage or wear

To initiate a return, please email us at support@outlandgrid.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Note: Some items (such as batteries, opened electronic components, or custom solar kits) may not be eligible for return due to safety or resale limitations. These exceptions will be noted on the product page.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by:

  • Sending a replacement (at no cost to you)

  • Offering a refund if the item cannot be replaced

Please provide photos of the damage and your order number.


🚚 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
